Nicole Lasko - I am a Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to helping my clients feel their best through personalized, compassionate care. I believe in creating a welcoming, comfortable space where you can relax and heal, prioritizing your well-being.
When I'm not in the clinic, you will usually find me spending time with my husband. I understand how busy life can be, which is why I'm passionate about helping others find balance, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life.

Brianne Barbondy -I am a Registered Massage Therapist who believes that massage is about more than just relieving sore muscles—it's about helping you feel your best, both physically and mentally. I love getting to know my clients and creating treatments that are tailored to their individual needs, whether that is pain relief, injury recovery, stress management, or simply taking an hour to recharge.
Outside of the clinic, I love spending time on our acreage with my husband, our horses, and our three dogs. I'm also a volunteer firefighter, so helping people—whether in an emergency or through massage therapy—is a big part of who I am.

This 60-minute therapeutic massage is tailored to address your specific concerns, including chronic pain, muscle tension, and injury recovery. A customized treatment plan will be developed to meet your unique needs and help you achieve the best possible results.
Relaxation Massage ($90+GST)
Treat yourself to a soothing 60-minute relaxation massage enhanced with the comforting warmth of hot stones. This session is designed to help you unwind, let go of everyday stress, and leave feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and restored.
Lymphatic Facial Massage ($80+GST)
Begin your experience with a soothing 10-minute facial steam to gently prepare your skin and encourage relaxation. You'll then enjoy a 45-minute lymphatic facial massage designed to reduce puffiness, support your body's natural lymphatic drainage, and promote a healthy, radiant glow. Leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and renewed—inside and out.
Prenatal Massage ($90+GST)
Enjoy a relaxing prenatal massage designed to support you throughout your pregnancy. This gentle treatment helps relieve aches and pains, reduce stress and swelling, and encourage relaxation, leaving you feeling more comfortable, balanced, and relaxed.
15-Minute Add-Ons ($110+GST)
Add a little something extra to your massage. We offer 3 different 15-minute add-ons, that you can choose to enhance your 60-minute massage. You can choose from:

Add-On Sauna ($10+GST)

Booking Your Appointment

Payment Options
We accept various payment methods including cash, credit cards, e-transfers and direct-billing to most insurance companies. Payment is due at the time of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Mobility Issues
Your comfort is our priority. We are committed to making your massage experience as comfortable and accessible as possible. If you have mobility concerns or are unable to lie on a traditional massage table, a massage chair is available to ensure you can still receive a safe, relaxing, and effective treatment.
